Due to the nature of precious metals and fine jewelry:

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • This includes 21K gold jewelry, custom items, resized pieces, repaired items, and special orders.

  • Once an item leaves our possession, the sale is final.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, including weight, size, and design, before completing a purchase.


Orders & Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment methods made available through Shopify and in-store payment systems.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All repair and service work is final sale.

  • We do not guarantee longevity of repairs once an item leaves our store.
