Due to the nature of precious metals and fine jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any gold or jewelry purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, 21K gold jewelry, custom pieces, resized items, special orders, and repaired items.
Gold prices fluctuate daily based on the global market, and once an item leaves our possession, we cannot guarantee its condition or weight. For this reason, all purchases are final once completed.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully inspect all items, confirm sizing, weight, and details, and ask any questions before completing a purchase. By completing a transaction, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. All repair services are final sale. Empire Gold is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or third-party alterations.
