At Empire Gold, we take security and customer protection seriously. All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully verified.

To prevent fraud and ensure a safe transaction, customers are required to provide a valid photo ID, and the name on the credit card must match the name on the ID used for the purchase. Before shipment, customers must also sign a No Refund and No Chargeback Agreement, acknowledging and accepting these terms.

Orders will not be shipped until all verification requirements are completed and approved. Once shipped, delivery timelines may vary based on the carrier, destination, and service selected. Empire Gold is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
